Shaun's story
After more than 25 years working in sales within the property and construction sectors, I decided to launch my own recruitment agency to combine my industry knowledge, extensive network, and genuine interest in building long-term business relationships.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with clients across the construction industry, and developed a real understanding of the challenges businesses face when sourcing reliable, skilled professionals. I saw a need for a recruitment partner that understands the sector, values relationships, and offers a personal service rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
